PillMeds Account Deletion

Who this is for

This page explains how to delete your account in PillMeds (com.datarepo.pillmeds), developed by DataRepo Private Limited.

How to request deletion

1. Email hello@datarepo.in from the email address linked to your PillMeds Google account.
2. Use the subject "PillMeds account deletion".
3. We may reply to confirm the request comes from the account owner.
4. We delete your account and data within 30 days and email you when it is done.

What gets deleted

• Your PillMeds account and profile (name, email, profile picture).
• All synced data: medicines, schedules, reminders, medication history and doctor appointments.
• Your saved search history, if any.

What may be kept

• Purchase records are kept by Google Play under its own policy; we keep only the minimum records required by tax and accounting law.
• A record of your deletion request (email address and date) for up to 12 months, to show we completed it.
• Backups may hold your data for up to 30 more days before they are overwritten.

Advertising data collected by Google AdMob is managed by Google; you can reset your advertising ID in Android settings.

Guest mode

If you used PillMeds without signing in, your data is only on your phone. To delete it, open Android Settings → Apps → PillMeds → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the app.

Deleting some data only

You can delete individual medicines, reminders and appointments inside the app at any time. To delete other specific data without closing your account, email hello@datarepo.in.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
