If you no longer wish to use PillMeds, you can request the permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete from the App

1. Open the PillMeds app.
2. Go to Profile or Settings.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm your request.
5. Your account deletion request will be processed.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, send an email to our support team with the following details:

• Registered Email Address
• Registered Mobile Number (if applicable)
• Subject: Account Deletion Request

What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted?

When your request is processed:

• Your PillMeds account will be permanently deleted.
• Your profile information will be removed.
• Your medication reminders and schedules will be deleted.
• Your medicine history stored in your account will be deleted.
• Your app preferences will be removed.

This action cannot be undone.

Data We May Retain

To comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or enforce our terms, we may retain limited information for a reasonable period where required by applicable law.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically completed within 7 business days after verification.
