Who we are

This policy covers this website only. Each of our apps (PillMeds, PrepIQ, CalcHub, PaperTrade, RetroArcade) and each brand website (EmlyCode, NyayGo) has its own privacy policy, linked from its store listing or website.
What we collect and why
- Messages you send us (name, email address, topic, message) — through email or the contact form, which opens your own email app. Purpose: to reply to you.
- Job applications (name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, city, experience, notice period, profile link, cover note, resume) — through the Careers form. Purpose: to assess you for the role you chose and, if you agree, similar future roles.
- Technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) — in standard server logs. Purpose: to run the site securely and prevent abuse.
We collect only what each purpose needs. We do not require an account, we do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Consent
We process message and application data on the basis of your consent, which you give by sending it (and, for applications, by ticking the consent box). Server logs are kept for the legitimate use of keeping the website secure.
You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@datarepo.in. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent; it stops further processing but does not affect processing already done.
Cookies & tracking
This website uses no cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or third-party trackers, and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. See our Cookie Policy.
Who we share data with
- Hosting provider — stores the website, server logs and job applications.
- Email provider — delivers messages and applications to our inbox.
They process data only on our instructions. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it. These providers may store data on servers outside India, as permitted under the DPDP Act.
How long we keep it
- Messages: up to 12 months after our last reply.
- Job applications and resumes: up to 12 months after the hiring decision.
- Server logs: for the limited period set by our hosting provider.
We delete data sooner if you ask, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- Access a summary of your personal data and how we process it.
- Correct, complete or update it.
- Erase it.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to.
- Grievance redressal — complain to us and get a response.
To use any right, email hello@datarepo.in. We may ask you to confirm your identity.
Grievances and complaints
Contact: Grievance Officer, DataRepo Private Limited — hello@datarepo.in (subject: "Data request" or "Grievance"). We acknowledge grievances promptly and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India after using our grievance process.
Children
This website is not directed at children. Job applicants must be 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18; if you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.
Security & breaches
We use reasonable security safeguards, including HTTPS, restricted access and storing applications outside the public web folder. If a personal data breach occurs, we will inform affected users and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.
Advertising in our apps
Some of our apps show ads through Google AdMob. Our authorised-seller file is at datarepo.in/app-ads.txt. How each app uses data for ads is explained in that app's own privacy policy.

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version; significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
