Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for engagements with DataRepo Private Limited. Because we do not sell fixed-price packages, refunds are handled per the written agreement for each engagement.

Service requests

Submitting a service request through this website is free and creates no payment obligation. No charge is taken to enquire.

Paid engagements

• Any payment terms — including deposits, milestones and refunds — are set out in the written agreement for your project before work begins.
• Work already completed or in progress is generally non-refundable, as effort has already been delivered.
• Where a milestone or phase has not yet started, amounts for it may be refundable or credited, as set out in your agreement.

Retainers (e.g. Meta Ads support)

Recurring retainers cover a period of work; you can stop future periods per the notice terms in your agreement. Amounts for work already delivered in the current period are non-refundable. Note that third-party ad spend paid to Meta is separate and governed by Meta's terms.

Our own products

Purchases inside our apps (for example premium features) are handled by the relevant app store (such as Google Play) under its refund rules, not by this policy.
