Service requests are not a contract
Submitting a service request is an enquiry, not an agreement to any project, scope, timeline or price. Any engagement is subject to a separate written agreement between you and DataRepo.
Pricing
We do not publish fixed project prices. Every project is different; scope, timeline and pricing are discussed and agreed after we review your requirements.
Intellectual property
The website, its content and branding are owned by DataRepo unless stated otherwise. Ownership of work delivered under a client engagement is defined in that engagement's agreement.
Our own products
DataRepo's apps and platforms (such as CalcHub, PillMeds, PrepIQ, PaperTrade, Retro Arcade and NyayGo) are governed by their own terms where applicable. Links to third-party stores or sites are provided for convenience.

Is submitting the form a binding contract?
No. It is an enquiry. Any project is covered by a separate written agreement with agreed scope, timeline and pricing.
Do you publish fixed prices?
No — pricing is discussed after we review your requirements. There are no fixed packages.
Who owns the work you build for me?
Ownership is defined in your engagement agreement. We'll make it clear before work begins.
Do you guarantee results?
No. We work professionally and honestly but do not guarantee specific advertising, SEO or business outcomes.
