Introduction

At DataRepo, all services and projects are custom-built based on individual client requirements, business goals, and project scope. Because of the nature of custom development work, refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.

By proceeding with our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

No Refund Policy

All payments made to DataRepo for development services, consultation, design, marketing setup, or technical work are generally non-refundable once the project work has started.

This includes:

• MVP Development
• SaaS Development
• App Development
• Web Development
• Advertisement Setup
• Consultation & Planning Services

Since all work is customized according to client requirements, resources and time are allocated specifically for each project.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may only be considered under the following conditions:

• The project is still in the discussion or planning stage
• No major setup, development, design, or technical work has been started
• No significant resource allocation has been completed

If a refund request is approved, DataRepo reserves the right to deduct charges for:

• Consultation time
• Planning work
• Research
• Design work
• Technical setup
• Any work completed before the refund request

The remaining balance, if applicable, may then be refunded.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

• Development work has started
• Design or technical setup has been completed
• Project milestones have been delivered
• Delays occur due to lack of client communication or approvals
• The client changes project requirements after work has started
• Services have already been delivered partially or fully

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request project cancellation by contacting DataRepo directly. Cancellation requests do not automatically qualify for refunds.

Any completed work, resource allocation, or operational costs up to the cancellation date will be chargeable.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, the refund amount will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method wherever possible.
